...the heart and soul behind TPL. I'm a solid Enneagram 9 (which basically means I naturally look at things from every angle… sometimes a strength, sometimes a full-blown internal debate, ha!)

Let me tell you a little about why I think I might be the right person to help you in your career journey:

• I left my corporate career and started my own business at 48—closer to retirement than not (so yes, it’s absolutely not too late for a new direction or a fresh start).

• ​I’ve worked in healthcare operations for 14+ years and now spend my time in medical sales recruiting and career coaching, helping people stand out in a highly competitive, crowded job market where applying alone isn’t enough to get noticed.

• ​I know what it’s like to feel unsure about your next step, even when you’re doing everything “right.”

• I’ve seen firsthand how talented people stay stuck—not because they aren’t capable, but because they haven’tbeen shown how to position themselves in a way that gets noticed.
